About Sevin:

For the past decade SEVIN, a native of Sacramento, California’s capitol city, has been regarded as one of the most prolific and controversial artists of his time. His ties to the street culture along with his spiritual aptitude create the perfect storm of authenticity, integrity and heart-felt passion that eludes many artists in the industry today. SEVIN has chosen to be different. While most artists are promoting lifestyles that are driving millions of youth into an early grave, SEVIN has pledged to use his talent to encourage our society, artist and consumer alike, to be more than just shallow shells of flesh willing to do “anything” to “get it”. Instead, SEVIN uses his story and experience to speak about real issues that affect our daily lives from a perspective that can relate to people in all walks of life.

The Commission and Krosswerdz Australia will be delivering a full day event that gives people a chance to be involved in developing skills as well as hearing from some amazing and passionate artists from the U.S and Australian Hip Hop Scene.

Workshops: 10am- 4pm 

Dance- Street Dreams will be teaching basics and introducing a regular program that will take place in the local area

Getting Started in the Music Industry- Get some knowledge of the industry to help you effectively get your music exposure

The Art of Rhyme- Develop your skills in rhyme, songwriting and the art of freestyle with Kaleo and Mastermind of Broadkast

Music With Purpose- Hear from artists about keeping integrity in the music industry and staying true to your beliefs

Music Production- Learn skills in Beat Making and have an opportunity to connect with local producers

Recording Session- Put your skills to work and record a track with other artists to be played at the night event. Bring a verse or get assistance in writing and recording.

IT'S FINALLY HAPPENED... A NEW MEMBER OF 413 HAS BEEN SIGNED!!

Ink went to paper yesterday (9th April 2012) and the 5th official artist on 413 Records is now part of the family!!

We would like to welcome... SC11

413 Records have been working closely with SC11 for over a year now and all staff and artists of 413 are very impressed by SC11's growth and understanding. So it was a given that we would want to snatch this young buck up. He is a hard worker and easy to work with and teach at the same time. He has a bright long future ahead of him and we here at 413 are wrapped that he wants to be a part of it all!!

SC11 has released several singles and EP's that are available for you to purchase or download... and with his work with D4C on "The Born Again EP" sealed the deal as a much needed part in the 413 family.
So a massive welcome to SC11 and we can't wait to see what the future holds for this bright young man!!
